Tea ceremony has a history of more than one thousand years in China. Chinese tea ceremony consists of four elements: tea ceremony, tea ritual, tea scene and monasticism. It is not only an art of tea drinking, an art of life, but also an art of life. Chinese Tea Ceremony Course of "Chinese Bridge" Online Winter Camp for Belarusian Students is of 4-class-hour length. In the first lecture, the teacher will introduce the history of Chinese tea culture, the usage of tea, four tea areas and six tea categories, and lead the students to know about tea sets. In the second lecture, the lecturer will introduce the most typical Chinese tea - black tea and tea sets for brewing black tea, lead the students to learn Chinese tea ritual and made a demonstration of black tea brewing. In the next lecture, the lecture focuses on the the history of Chinese tea sets, including the raw material and historical sites of Chinese ceramics, and how is used in tea culture. In the last lecture, the lecturer mainly talks about Pu-Erh Tea and the tea sets used to brew the tea, introducing the characteristics and brewing method of Pu-Erh tea with showing the brewing process, and meanwhile, the students will learn Chinese tea etiquette. The tea ceremony art appreciation and tea culture theory study of course content is helpful to cultivate students' aesthetic taste of tea Ceremony art, the quintessence of Chinese traditional culture.

茶道在中国已有一千多年历史,中国茶道包括茶艺、茶礼、茶境、修道四大要素,既是饮茶的艺术,也是生活的艺术,更是人生的艺术。白俄罗斯学生“汉语桥”线上冬令营中国茶艺课程共分为四课时。主讲老师在第一课时为学生介绍中国茶文化的历史、茶的用途、四大茶区和六大茶类,并带学生认识茶具。主讲老师在第二课时介绍了中国最典型茶——红茶和冲泡红茶的茶具,带学生学习中国茶礼,做了红茶冲泡示范。主讲老师在第三课时为学生介绍中国茶具的历史,包括中国陶瓷的原料、陶瓷遗址以及陶瓷在茶文化上的应用。主讲老师在第四课时介绍了中国普洱茶和冲泡普洱茶的茶具,讲解了普洱茶的特点和冲泡的方法,带学生学习中国茶礼,做了普洱茶冲泡示范。课程内容中茶道艺术欣赏和茶文化理论学习,有助于培养学生对中国传统文化精萃——茶道艺术的审美情趣。
