The course of "Baishuidong Village Industrial Poverty Alleviation Project" was taught by Kang Tianhui, deputy director of the Designated Assistance Office of Hunan University. The course introduces that the poverty alleviation task force of Hunan University has vigorously developed selenium rich rice, tea, Morchella, honeysuckle and other agricultural industries in Baishuidong village through the exploration of the regional production mode of "one industry with three industries to promote two industries" and relying on the biological, chemical and other disciplines of the University, so as to help farmers significantly increase their income. At the same time, relying on the local terraced fields, Yaozhai, stone waterfall and other natural and cultural resources, we have made great efforts to develop rural tourism, led everyone to develop the farmhouse entertainment industry, and effectively improved the economic income and living standard of local villagers.
