This course will take students to taste a variety of special cuisines. At the same time, it will also introduce the long history behind the food. The stories could be modern and ancient. It’s a great way for oversea students to understand and be familiar with Chinese food, and to be encouraged to enjoy food and life.
中国地大物博,美食更是不计其数,地域的差异造就了多种多样的特色美食文化。本课程在带领学生们品味各种特色美食的同时,还会介绍美食背后悠久的历史故事,现代与古典并存,非常适合让外国的学生了解和熟悉中华美食文化,能够促进学生对美食、对生活的热爱。
