1Sichuan cuisine is the most distinctive cuisine in China and the largest folk cuisine. Sichuan cuisine has always enjoyed the reputation of "one dish, one style and 100 dishes and 100 flavors". Sichuan cuisine is one of the four traditional Chinese cuisines, one of the eight Chinese cuisines. It is the master of Chinese cuisine. Sichuan cuisine also includes Sichuan cuisine, pasta snacks, hot pot, etc.
川菜是中国最有特色的菜系,也是民间最大菜系。川菜素来享有“一菜一格,百菜百味”的声誉。川菜是中国汉族传统的四大菜系之一、中国八大菜系之一,是中华料理集大成者。四川菜系包括川味菜肴、面点小吃、火锅等。
