1This course will show you how to make Longchaoshou. Longchaoshou is a traditional snack in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It was opened in 1941 and has a history of 80 years. With thin skin, tender stuffing, smooth and delicious and thick white soup, Longchaoshou is the leader of Sichuan snacks.
