This course will give you a brief introduction to the history of Chinese cuisine. As a famous "cooking kingdom" in the world, China has created brilliant achievements with distinctive characteristics in the long process of historical development from the origin, development to prosperity of cooking. The history of Chinese cooking is the history of Chinese conquering nature, adapting to nature and transforming nature in order to achieve their own survival and development.

本课程将向大家简单介绍中国烹饪史。中国作为世界上著名的“烹饪王国”,从烹饪的起源、发展到昌盛,在漫长的历史发展过程中铸就了有着鲜明特色的灿烂辉煌。中国烹饪的历史,是中国人征服自然、适应自然、改造自然以求得自身生存和发展的历史。
