This course will show you how to make fish in pea sauce. Fish in pea sauce is a special traditional dish in Sichuan. The cuisine is cooked with fresh fish and Pixian pea sauce. The famous dish is characterized by bright red juice, tender fish, thick and fragrant pea sauce.It tastes salty, fresh, slightly spicy, slightly sour and sweet。

本课程将向大家展示经典川菜豆瓣鱼的制作方法。豆瓣鱼是四川地区特色传统名菜。用鲜鱼配以郫县豆瓣等调料烹制而成。该道名菜的特点是汁色红亮,鱼肉细嫩,豆瓣味浓郁芳香,咸鲜微辣略带酸甜。
