This course will show you how to make sweet and sour Crispy Fish. Sweet and sour Crispy Fish is a traditional delicacy in Leshan City, Sichuan Province. This dish has been improved and developed by Leshan chef on the basis of "fragrant fried fish" and has become a local flavor dish. The dish is cleaned with fresh fish, wrapped with a layer of paste and fried in an oil pan. The cuisine has beautiful color, crisp and fragrant skin, fresh and tender meat, mellow and thick fresh flavor and strong sweet and sour taste.

本课程将向大家展示糖醋脆皮鱼的制作方法。糖醋脆皮鱼是四川省乐山市的一道传统美食。该菜品是乐山厨师在“香炸鱼”的基础上,提高、发展而成为一款地方风味的菜式。该菜品是用新鲜的小鱼整理干净后,再裹上一层面糊入油锅中炸制而成。成菜色彩美观,皮脆香、肉鲜嫩,鲜香醇厚,糖醋味浓。
