1Chinese food is loved by people all over the world. One of the important reasons is the variety of cooking materials. This course will introduce four kinds of Chinese cooking materials: Animal derived food materials, plant derived materials, dry goods and spices.
中国烹饪之所以受到世界的推崇,种类繁多的烹饪原料是其重要的物质基础。本课程将分别介绍动物性原料、植物性原料、干货和调料等四类中国烹饪原料。
