This course will show you how to make Yuxiang shredded pork. Yuxiang shredded pork is a famous Sichuan cuisine. It is salty, fresh, sour and sweet and has a strong aroma of onion, ginger and garlic. This method originates from the unique fish cooking and seasoning method of Sichuan people, and now it has been widely used in Sichuan cooked cuisines. Yuxiang shredded pork is finely selected. The cuisine is ruddy in color and rich in fish flavor. It tastes salty, sweet, sour and spicy. The texture of shredded meat is soft and tender.
