This course mainly introduces The Art of Chinese Tie-dye. The tie-dyeing techniques are transmitted from generation to generation and limited to small folk workshops. Nowadays, modern production technology has matured. It has gradually led a simple and natural, elegant and generous, and trendy fashion that is close to nature, and has become a special cultural symbol of cloth art. Handmade leather art is based on all kinds of animal first-layer leather. At present, the most used is mainly cowhide, especially the first-layer cowhide. According to the needs of manual leather art with special techniques, such as carving, hot dyeing, are used to make various exquisite leather works by hand with the help of various tools. Among them, leather carving art, traditional Chinese embroidery, shadow puppetry are known as “living fossil” in folk art.
