This course is a popularization course of Sichuan food culture, mainly focusing on Sichuan cuisine, one of the eight major cuisines in China, with three aspects: the history of Sichuan cuisine, the food map and Sichuan people's Sichuan cuisine, focusing on the diversity of Sichuan cuisine with one dish, a hundred dishes and a strong inclusive character. Through the introduction of the humanistic features of Sichuan cuisine, foreign students will have a better understanding of Sichuan cuisine, Sichuan culture, and even Chinese culture from the tip of their tongues to their hearts.

本课程为川菜饮食文化普及类课程,主要以中国八大菜系之一的川菜为主要教学内容,对川菜的历史、美食地图与川人川菜三方面进行讲解,着重介绍川菜一菜一格、百菜百味的多样性特点以及强大的包容性特征。通过对川菜人文特征的讲述使外国学生对川菜与四川文化,乃至中国文化形成源自舌尖抵达心灵的认识。
