The Mawangdui Daoyin exercise is the oldest documented method of fitness in China. This course covers the origins and functions of Mawangdui Daoyin exercise. The meridians of the human body and the 12 movements will be introduced to the participants, so that they could understand the health-keeping qigong.

马王堆导引术是中国有记载的最悠久的健身方法。本课程包括马王堆导引术起源与功用的介绍、人体经络简介,并且具体教授了12式动作,使学员对于该套健身气功有初步的了解与体验。
