This course focuses on some famous Beijing cuisine, through the explanation of various kinds of cuisine to learn the relevant vocabulary and sentences, so that students can understand the history of Beijing cuisine and the rich cultural connotation, and improve students' ability to use Chinese and deepen students’ enthusiasm for Chinese culture.
