Jiangxi Modern Polytechnic College was founded in 1978. It is a state-run college for higher education which is located in Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi province. The college has 7 teaching branch schools and 60 majors with over 17000 full-time students and 1100 faculty members. From 2017 to 2021, the college ranked the top of Jiangxi Vocational College Skills Competition for five consecutive years.
江西现代职业技术学院建于1978年，隶属江西省国资委，系国家骨干高职院校。学院位于江西省会南昌，下设7个教学分院，开设高职专业60个。现有全日制在校生17000余人，教职工1100余人。
2017-2021年，学院连续五年蝉联江西省职业院校技能大赛团体总分第一。
