济南职业学院坐落于山东省会、美丽的泉城济南，是经山东省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制高等职业院校，办学历史可追溯到1952年成立的济南教育学院。70年来，学校秉承“厚德博学、强能善技”的校训，围绕立德树人，不断传承创新，办学成效得到社会各界广泛肯定，在山东省高职院校办学质量考核中名列第二，入选国家骨干高职院校、国家优质高职院校，是全省15所、全国197所国家“双高计划”建设院校之一，综合实力位居全国高职院校前列。

Jinan Vocational College (JNVC) is located in Jinan, capital of Shandong Province and the beautiful city of springs. It is a full-time higher vocational college established with the approval of People's Government of Shandong Province and with record by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE). The history of JNVC dates back to Jinan Educational College established in 1952. Over the past 70 years, guided by its motto “Improve virtue and learning; Strengthen abilities and skills”, JNVC has kept innovating to foster virtue through education, and is widely recognized by the whole society. It is ranked second in the Shandong higher vocational college evaluation, and is selected as national key higher vocational college and national high-quality vocational college. It is one of “Shuanggao Project” (the project to establish high-level higher vocational colleges and majors with Chinese characteristics) colleges which only 15 colleges in Shandong Province and 197 in the whole country are listed. The comprehensive strength of JNVC tops the list among higher vocational colleges countrywide.

学校积极打造具有竞争力的高素质教师队伍。现有专职教师500多人，其中高级职称占比42.3%，双师素质教师占比90%，全国优秀教师、山东省有突出贡献中青年专家、省级教学名师、省优秀教师、济南专业技术拔尖人才等近百人。获得国家职业教育教学成果二等奖2项、山东省职业教育教学成果奖20项。2016年以来，在全省、全国职业院校教学能力大赛中获奖65项，其中全国职业院校教学能力大赛一等奖6项。

JNVC builds competitive high-quality faculty. It has over 500 full-time teachers, among which 42.3% are of senior professional post, 90% are double-professionally-titled teachers. There are about 100 teachers enjoying titles such as national prominent teachers, Shandong young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, provincial prominent teachers, and Jinan professional and technical talents, etc. JNVC has won the second prize twice in national teaching achievements of vocational education, and has won 20 awards in provincial teaching achievements of vocational education. Since 2016, the college has won 65 awards in provincial and national teaching competitions, including 6 first prizes in national teaching competitions.

学校持续提高技术技能人才培养质量。现有高职在校生14000余人，每年向社会输送4000余名毕业生。2016年以来，学生在全国职业院校技能大赛获奖24项，其中一等奖6项，在首届世界职业院校技能大赛上夺得“无人机维修与应用”赛项银牌，是山东省最好成绩。在全省职业院校技能大赛获奖109项，其中一等奖17项，省级及以上大学生创新创业类大赛获奖27项，其中“互联网+”全国大学生创新创业大赛获得3金1银4铜。毕业生就业率连续多年保持在98%以上，育人典型经验三次登上央视《新闻联播》，获评全国职业院校“育人成效50强”。

JNVC keeps improving the educational quality of technical talents. It has more than 14,000 enrolled students currently, and over 4,000 graduates are delivered to the society every year. Since 2016, our students have won 24 awards in National Vocational College Skills Competition with 6 first prizes. We have won silver medal in “UAV Maintenance and Application” of the first World Vocational College Skills Competition, which is the best score in Shandong Province. We have won 109 awards in Shandong Province Vocational Students Skills Competition with 17 first prizes; 27 awards in college students innovation and entrepreneurship competitions of provincial level and above, including 3 golds, 1 silver, and 4 bronzes in China College Students’ ‘Internet +’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. We have kept a graduate employment rate of over 98% for consecutive years. Our typical educational experience has been reported 3 times by CCTV News Broadcast. We are listed as one of the top 50 national vocational colleges in educational achievements.

学校聚力建设一流专业和专业群。现有9个专业群、14个教学院部、48个专业，有机电一体化技术中国特色高水平专业（群），智能装备制造技术、新兴软件和信息技术服务、信息通信设备制造与应用、创意文旅4个省高水平专业群，计算机技术、机电一体化、财经3个省品牌专业群，专业与产业匹配度达到100%，形成了与区域“十四五”事业发展规划等发展战略紧密对接的优质专业集群。

JNVC puts every effort to build top majors and major clusters. It has 9 major clusters, 14 schools and 48 majors. There are 1 high-level major (cluster) with Chinese characteristics: Mechatronics; 4 provincial high-level major clusters: Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing, Emerging Software and Information Technology Services, Information and Communications Equipment Manufacturing and Application, and Creative Culture & Tourism; 3 provincial brand major clusters: Computer Technology, Mechatronics, Finance and Economics. The majors are 100% matched to the industries, forming high-quality major clusters closely linked to regional development strategies such as the regional 14th Five-Year Plan.

学校不断深化产教融合、密切校企合作。与浪潮、中国重汽、中兴通讯、比亚迪、济南二机床集团等世界、中国500强企业和行业龙头企业开展深度合作，建设山东（济南）智能仿真公共实习实训基地，拥有3个国家生产型实训基地，2个国家协同创新中心，1个国家级示范性虚拟仿真实训基地，牵头组建6个职教集团，其中1个国家级示范性职教集团，开展53项国家1+X证书试点，3个现代学徒制项目分别入选教育部和山东省试点项目，被沿黄九省（区）教育厅推选为黄河流域产教联盟常设秘书处单位。

  JNVC keeps strengthening the integration of vocational education with industry and cooperating closely with corporations. It has carried out in-depth cooperation with Global 500, Chinese 500 and leading enterprises, such as Inspur, CNHTC, ZTE, BYD, JIER, etc. JNVC has established Shandong (Jinan) Intelligent Simulation Public Practice and Training Base. The college possesses 3 national production training bases, 2 national collaborative innovation centers, and 1 national demonstration virtual simulation training base. JNVC has led the establishment of 6 vocational education groups, including 1 national demonstration vocational education group. It has launched 53 pilot projects of National 1+X Certificate, and 3 modern apprenticeship programs have been listed as Pilot project of Ministry of Education and Shandong Province. JNVC has been selected by 9 provincial (district) educational departments along the Yellow River as permanent secretariat institution of the Yellow River Basin Production and Education Alliance.

学校不断扩大职业教育国际合作交流。2016年，莫桑比克总统纽西先生访问学校，委托学校承办莫桑比克职业院校培训师资项目。在中国(山东)自由贸易试验区开展双元育人制度创新，中德合作探索形成双元育人“济南模式”，推广到俄罗斯、印度等16个国家。目前，作为省内高职院校招收留学生数量最多的院校，有来自俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦等13个“一带一路”沿线国家的129名留学生，美国史丹顿岛国际学院、印尼巴厘岛北文导游培训中心等项目相继落地，服务中巴经济走廊建设的巴基斯坦培训基地正在积极推进。

JNVC keeps extending international cooperation and exchanges in vocational education. In 2016, Nyusi, President of Mozambique, visited JNVC and entrusted the college with vocational college teacher training project of Mozambique. JNVC has developed dual education (college students receives education from both college and enterprise) in China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone. We have cooperated with Germany in dual education and formed the “Jinan Model”, which has been promoted to 16 countries like Russia and India. At present, JNVC has the most foreign students of all higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province—129 foreign students from 13 countries along the the Belt and Road, such as Russia, Kazakhstan, etc. Programs like Staten Island International School, JNVC, and Indonesia Bali Beiwen Tour Guide Training Center have been carried out. Pakistan Training Base, serving for China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, is actively promoted.

In the future, JNVC will continue to integrate into national and regional development strategies.
