Jining Polytechnic is located in Jining City, Shandong Province, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, the capital of canals, and the national civilized city. It is a public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province in October, 2000. Jining Polytechnic now has 769 faculty members and 55 majors in 16 categories. It has built 10 advantageous specialty groups, including new generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, health care, cultural creativity, "Internet+" Business, smart construction, boutique tourism, preschool education, etc., and actively promoted international cooperative education.
