Russia is one of the important countries along the "Belt and Road", with the deepening of Sino-Russian cooperation and exchanges, Russia has a great demand for learning Chinese and understanding Chinese culture. In order to meet the learning needs of Russian Chinese lovers, this project plans to use Chinese learning and exchange as the carrier, focusing on the national and provincial intangible cultural heritage originated in Yantai region, promoting cultural exchanges and mutual learning, and enhancing people-to-people bond, which is of great significance to promote the development of international Chinese education, enhance cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, and demonstrate China's long history and culture.
