Overseas vocational education centers in Indonesia and Namibia. The Namibian International Student Program has been listed in “The Harambee Prosperity Plan" in Namibia and the "Jasmine Talent Selection Program for Students to Study" in Jiangsu. The Construction Technology jointly run by Dawson College in Canada and NTVU has been identified as one of the Demonstration Construction Sites of High-level Sino-foreign Cooperation Projects in Jiangsu. NTVU initiatively serves local enterprises "go out", thus was named “Jiangsu Service Center for Overseas Chinese" and " Professional Talent Cultivation Base of Nantong Overseas Chinese".

南通职业大学设有学院11个，现有各级各类在校生近18000人。学校积极贯彻“一带一路”倡议，努力拓展国际化办学。在印尼和纳米比亚建有海外职业教育中心。纳米比亚留学生项目被列入该国“总统振兴计划”和江苏省外国留学生优才计划。学校与加拿大道森学院合作办学的建筑施工技术专业通过首批教育部中外合作办学评估，被确定为江苏省首批高水平中外合作项目示范建设点。学校积极服务南通企业“走出去”，是江苏省高校“为侨服务工作站”和“南通侨之家职业人才培育基地”。
