Luoyang Polytechnic is located in Luoyang, a historical and ancient capital with a history of 5,000 years of civilization, 4,000 years of city construction and more than 1,500 years of capital construction. The college has a long history and profound cultural accumulation. It covers an area of nearly 2,800 acres, with teaching equipment worth 150 million yuan, 1,042,200 books in its collection, and 153 off-campus practice and training bases. It has 1 directly affiliated hospital and 2 teaching affiliated hospitals. There are currently more than 23,000 students.It offers 60 specialties in 11 categories, including medicine and health, equipment manufacturing, finance and commerce, culture and art, and strives to create three high-level professional groups, namely, medical care combined with high-end old-age care, intelligent equipment manufacturing, and cultural and tourism integration. At the same time, five high-level professional groups, including archaeological exploration and cultural relic restoration, e-commerce and modern logistics, information technology and artificial intelligence, opera culture and art, digital construction and prefabricated architecture, will be cultivated. In recent years, the school has established cooperative relations with more than 30 foreign universities and educational institutions in Britain, Italy, New Zealand, Belarus, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines and other countries to introduce advanced ideas and high-quality educational resources of foreign vocational education to the school.
