The program is jointly managed by Guilin University of Electronic Technology, universities in Oman and educational institutions in the Gulf countries with the aim of promoting the understanding of China, the city of Guilin, and Guilin University of Electronic Technology among Chinese learners in Oman and the Gulf countries. The curriculum involved is designed on the basis of the theme of "Touring Guilin online and traveling China with smart technology" in order to enhance the learners' Chinese level through both Chinese teaching video courses based on situational dialogues and live Chinese teaching courses based on interactive listening and speaking. So the learners can gain the pleasure of touring Guilin online and experience the convenience in life brought by modern China's smart technology.
