Brief Introduction to Weinan Normal University Weinan Normal University（WNU）is situated in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province. It has 17 schools, offering 63 undergraduate majors, covering 10 disciplines such as education, literature, science, art and so on. The staff number totals to over 1,300, with 445 professors and associate professors, 246 PhD teachers, and it serves about 17,000 students. WNU upholds an idea to its commitment to scientific development and opening-up, launching 2+2, 3+1+2 collaboration programs of exchange students, academic visiting abroad, academic exchange and scientific research collaboration. In 2016, Moscow Institute of Art jointly run by WNU and Moscow State Pedagogical University was approved by the Ministry of Education，P.R. China.
