Established in 1956，Shandong University of Technology (SDUT) is located in Zibo, a historic and economically well-developed city in Shandong province. SDUT is a comprehensive university with a strong focus on science and engineering 27 academic schools of SDUT offer 70 undergraduate programs, 23 master's degree conferring programs, 4 doctor's degree conferring programs. With a total enrollment of 34000 full-time undergraduate and graduate students, the academic programs cover 9 fields of learning, for example engineering, science, economics, management, etc., forming a concentrated layout ensuring coordinated development of all specialties. SDUT has established friendly and cooperative relations with 101 universities and research institutes in 29 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Russia etc. Since 1997, SDUT has been recruiting and training international students, SDUT provides Chinese government scholarships and Shandong government scholarships for foreign students，Successfully passed the quality certification of studying in China in 2020.In the past 10 years, more than 4500 international students from over 30 countries studied in SDUT.

山东理工大学创建于1956年，坐落在历史悠久的齐文化发祥地——山东省淄博市，是国家国防科技工业局与山东省人民政府共建高校，是山东省重点建设的以理工为主的多科性大学。
