2023 Shanghai University “Learn Culture·Know about Intangible Cultural Heritage” Chinese Bridge Online Learning Program attracts students from six countries of the GCC based on the Confucius Institute of the University of Bahrain in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Students will learn Chinese, experience culture, understand China and become familiar with Shanghai University through online learning and visiting This program will highlight the training content of intangible cultural heritage, deepen international students' understanding of Chinese traditional culture and Shanghai urban culture, explore opportunities from the Community of Common Destiny under the Belt and Road Initiative through virtual tour of enterprises and project investigations. Online teaching method is adopted to provide Chinese courses, cultural lectures and online visits. The Chinese bridge online program for Chinese learners in Gulf countries aims to improve the comprehensive Chinese ability and cultivate the awareness of cooperation of learners in countries along the Belt and Road.
