江西中医药大学作为教育部批准的首批有资格接收外国留学生和台港澳学生的高等院校之一，自1993年以来，共接收来自印度、巴基斯坦、尼泊尔、马来西亚、瑞典、韩国、日本、叙利亚、法国、澳大利亚、保加利亚、美国等国家以及台港澳地区的1800多名长短期境外学生。多年来，我校留学生规模和教学管理水平一直稳居江西省前列，2009年获得全国来华留学生教育与管理工作先进集体荣誉称号，并连续四年获得全省留学生教育先进单位表彰。2013至2014年，先后获批教育部对港免试招生资格以及中国政府奖学金院校资格。

江西中医药大学先后在瑞典、保加利亚、澳大利亚、马来西亚、印度、巴西、香港、台湾等国家和地区设立了境外中医药本科教学点，与20多个国家和地区的科学研究、医疗教育机构保持长期友好往来与合作。近年来，我校在中外合作办学，招收国内学生联合培养方面也取得了一定的成果。2011年，学校与美国托马斯大学联合举办护理学专业本科教学。2014年，学校与英国波尔顿大学合作举办市场营销专业本科教学项目获批。2015年，学校与韩国世明大学联合申办的首个中医药孔子学院在韩国世明大学揭牌运营。

国际教育学院前身为成立于2002年的国际交流部，2003年更名为国际教育学院，是以来华留学、中外合作办学、境外办学以及涉外培训为主体业务的涉外教育学院。经过十多年的发展，学院构建了完善的留学生教育教学与管理机构，打造了一支专业结构合理和经验较丰富的管理队伍。与此同时，经过多年的对外教学实践，学院培养了一批对外教学经验丰富的教师，能用英语、法语、韩语、日语等多种语言授课，并能运用先进的远程多媒体开展教学活动。

Jiangxi University of  Chinese Medicine has been approved by the Ministry of Education as one of the first 200 higher learning institutes eligible to admit students from foreign countries and Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. Since 1993 our university has received more than one thousand eight hundred long and short term students from foreign countries including India, Pakistan, Nepal, Malaysia, Sweden, South Korea, Japan, Syria, France, Australia, Bulgaria, USA, etc and from regions of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. For years, our university has been taking the lead province wide in terms of the number and education quality of international students. Since 2009, our university has been awarded as an advanced unit for international education of Jiangxi Province for four consecutive years. Also in 2009, our university was awarded as an advanced group for the education of foreign students by the Ministry of Education. In 2013 and 2014, our university was approved respectively to accept students from Hong Kong without requiring entrance examinations and students of Chinese Government Scholarship Program.
