Communication University of Zhejiang attaches great importance to the overseas promotion of Chinese traditional culture and the overseas dissemination of Chinese stories. The students of the International Education College come from Argentina, France, the United States, Canada, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, Vietnam, South Korea, Tanzania, Turkey, South Africa, and other countries, covering five continents. Traditional and intangible cultural heritage courses have always been critical in constructing special systems for international students in the school. "Calligraphy Appreciation", "Chinese Kunqu Opera Art", "Chinese Seal Carving Art", "Ink Chinese Painting", "Chinese Tea Art", "Peking Opera Appreciation", "Chinese traditional martial arts", "Classical dance appreciation", and "Research on the Techniques of Chinese Painting Boneless Flowers and Birds" are offered all year round. More than 1,000 international students participated in courses. The relevant courses have a solid teaching foundation and experienced teachers, which can effectively ensure the smooth development and implementation of the project.

From the perspective of offline course experience, the university has rich exhibition halls with industry and artistic characteristics for visitors to experience and visit and has first-class art and conference hosting experience. 浙江伝媒学院は中国の伝統文化の海外普及と中国物語の海外伝播を非常に重視しており、国際教育学院の学生はアルゼンチン、フランス、米国、カナダ、イタリア、マレーシア、シンガポール、ロシア、ベトナム、韓国、タンザニア、トルコ、南アフリカなど、5大陸にわたる各国から来ている。伝統文化と無形文化遺産課程は従来から学校留学生の特色課程建設中の重点事項であり、長年にわたって『書道鑑賞』、『中国昆曲芸術』、『中国篆刻芸術』、『水墨中国画』、『中国茶芸』、『京劇鑑賞と学唱』、『中国伝統武術』、『古典舞踊鑑賞』、『中国画無骨花鳥技法研究』などの課程を開設し、1000人以上の留学生の参加を呼んだ。カリキュラムの教育基礎はしっかりしており、教師の経験が豊富で、プロジェクトの順調な展開と実施を有力にサポートすることができる。

オフライン授業体験の角度から見て、本校は業界と芸術の特色を備えた豊富な展示室が設置されており、訪問者によりいい見学体験を提供することができる。それに、一流の芸術と会議司会接待経験もあり、「芸術＋設計＋映画＋テレビ＋音楽」の濃厚な雰囲気は訪問者に目新しい訪問体験を与えることができる。学校の運営所在地である浙江省杭州は景色が美しく、「人間天国」の誉れが高く、中国のインターネット業界の発展が最も速い都市の一つである。桐郷烏鎮は中国の歴史文化の名地で、「東方ベニス」の美称を有し、世界インターネット大会の永久会場でもある。以上の各条件はすべて本プロジェクトの順調な展開のために、良好な環境基盤を作り出したのである。
