Tianjin Foreign Studies University is an institution of higher learning with a complete range of major foreign languages, coordinated development of multiple disciplines and distinctive characteristics. The "Friends in the Distance" online group exchange program is the "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Language and Culture Experience Project undertaken by Tianjin Foreign Studies University. It aims to meet the language learning needs of African teenagers, enhance their understanding of Chinese culture, enrich the forms of educational exchanges between China and Africa, and flourish the feelings between Chinese and African people through a combination of online live teaching and online video courses.
