This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Republic of Korea. Over the past three decades, China and the ROK have conducted fruitful cooperation and exchanges in the political, economic and cultural fields.In 2004, the world's first Confucius Institute was established in Seoul. The number of Chinese learners in South Korea has increased rapidly. Chinese food culture, TV and movies, and modern science and technology have attracted the attention of South Koreans. The Korean Wave once swept across China, and Korean variety shows, makeup, clothing and food made more and more Chinese learn Korean.The exchange of "Han style" and "Korean wave" has built a solid bridge for the mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples. This exchange camp will take the popular culture that young students are familiar with and interested in as the theme, truly reflect the lifestyle of contemporary youth, guide the Chinese and South Korean youth to discuss the cultural exchanges between the two countries, share their own insights, arouse their curiosity and enthusiasm to explore each other's culture, and enhance the understanding and friendship between the students of the two countries.
