The series of courses tell the stories about the origin, the history and the varieties of tea, the habit of tea-drinking, the connection between tea and religion, and the health function of tea through the four thematic units of “Looking for Good Tea”, “Warm Memory of Hot Tea”, “Taste Zen in Tea” and “Tasting Tea and Appreciating Sets”. The project also encourages young students to carry out the local survey of tea customs to explore the impact of tea culture on personal life and mind in the modern society.
