Chinese tea culture is an important branch of Chinese culture. It adheres to the genes of excellent traditional Chinese culture and is all-inclusive. The teaching activities cover the introduction to the origin and the development of Chinese tea, the classification, brewing methods, health function, Chinese tea etiquette, and the layout of tea table in Chinese style. This course aims to enable the participants to know and understand Chinese tea and tea culture; master the skills of brewing Chinese tea; expand the Chinese knowledge and skills of tea; experience the similarities and differences of Chinese and foreign tea cultures from the etiquette of Chinese people’s offering tea to guests.
