East China Normal University is located in Shanghai. The Shanghai culture of "embracing all rivers and oceans" is reflected in all aspects of Shanghai culture. Shanghai culture has both the classical and elegant of Jiangnan aesthetics，and also the modern and fashionable of an international metropolis, which has an open and unique style of its own. The "Chinese Bridge" has designed a series of language and cultural experience courses with the theme of "Openheartedly Shanghai".
华东师范大学地处上海，“海纳百川，兼容并蓄”的海派文化，体现在上海文化的方方面面。海派文化既有江南文化的古典与雅致，又有国际大都市的现代与时尚，区别于中国其他文化，具有开放而又自成一体的独特风格。此次“汉语桥”以“上善若水·海纳百川”为主题，设计了一系列语言、文化特色体验课程。
