Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) will hold an online spring camp on the theme of “Understanding Contemporary China” from 19 to 27 March 2024 for Chinese language learners of BRI participating countries. This 7-day spring camp will focus on contemporary China, with 10 class hours of Chinese language classes, 2 thematic lectures, 2 International Youth Forums, and a variety of pre-recorded video clips. This spring camp features the combination of small-size language learning class and large-size thematic lectures, and of live and recorded courses. More than 150 campers from 19 countries participate in this spring camp. On the basis of language learning, the spring camp will help the campers to read and understand China and communicate with the world from multiple perspectives and in a wide range of fields, so as to promote cultural exchange and mutual learning among different civilizations.
