1Taiji Tuishou, also known as Dashi (striking hands), Roshou (rubbing hands), or Yeshou (wrestling hands), is a two-person unarmed confrontation practice of Taijiquan. It has a relationship of body and application with the routines of Taijiquan, complementing each other and enhancing each other's effects. It has a history of more than 300 years. This class demonstrates Taiji Tuishou, the boxing frame of Chen-style Taijiquan, Yang-style Taijiquan, and double-handed swords.
太极推手,也称打手、揉手、擖手,是太极拳的双人徒手对抗练习,与太极拳套路是体与用的关系,互相补充,相得益彰,已有300多年的历史。本节课展示了太极拳推手、陈式太极拳拳架、杨氏太极拳及双手剑。
