This course features an introduction to the local cuisine culture in Northeast China. Guide students to visit the famous food street "Shida Night Market". National first-class chef Yu Hai from International College will teach the cooking course. While practicing oral Chinese in the restaurant scene, students can acquire cooking skills and enjoy local dishes.
