In Heilongjiang University’s International Students Dining Hall, you can see food of great kinds and varieties. The food there is not only for the satisfaction of international students’ taste buds, but also offers them a glimpse into the extensive and profound Chinese food culture. Let’s follow the two international students who study in Heilongjiang University and take the “Into the Gourmet Food of China” Course. Experience the Heilongjiang University’s delicious food that you just cannot miss. Feel the delicacies in the course. In this lesson, the chef of Heilongjiang University’s International Students Dining Hall will show us two dishes. The first dish is a traditional and famous dish “Squirrel Fish”. Fish meat is made into the shape of a squirrel, hence the name. The dish has the golden luster. It is tender with a crispy crust. The dish has a balanced sour and sweet taste. It has great color, fragrance and taste. The dish is tantalizingly delicious. The second dish is called Shrimp Balls with Mustard. It is a dish made of fresh shrimp. The dish is easy to learn. It has beautiful shape and slight mustard taste. The outside is crispy and the shrimp balls inside are bouncy. The second dish is an innovative dish. The “Into the Gourmet Food of China” Course aims to offer international students an opportunity to taste delicious food and experience Chinese culture so that they become interested in learning Chinese.

黑龙江大学留学生餐厅的美食种类丰富、花样繁多,不仅大大地满足了留学生们的味蕾,更让他们体验到了中国饮食文化的博大精深。让我们跟随着黑龙江大学的两位留学生一起走进“美食美课”,体验学校里不得不吃的美食,感受课程的美味。

本节课由黑龙江大学留学生餐厅的厨师为大家带来两道菜肴。第一道为《松鼠鱼》,是一道非常传统的名菜,松鼠鱼因形似而得名,色泽金黄,外脆内嫩,甜酸适口,色、香、味俱全,令人垂涎欲滴。第二道菜叫芥末虾球,是以鲜虾为原料的菜品,简单易学,造型美观,口感略微带点芥末味,外皮酥脆里面虾球弹压,属于创新式菜品。

“美食美课”旨在为学员提供美食品鉴.感受中华文化,以此激发留学生学习中文的兴趣。
