2It is said that the Yi Jin Jing was created by Bodhidharma, the first ancestor of Chinese Zen Buddhism in the Northern and Southern Dynasties. "Yi" means to change and transform, "Jin" refers to muscles and bones, and "Jing" means method. It belongs to the superior method of Qigong in traditional Chinese medicine. This course is selected from the standard version of "Yi Jin Jing" published by the General Administration of Sport of China. This exercise attaches importance to posture, breath and mind. It is practiced according to the operation of the twelve meridians and the two Ren and Du meridians of the human body. Long-term exercise can nourish the mind, calm the nerves, dredge the meridians, cultivate vitality, harmonize the qi and blood, and strengthen the muscles and bones.
易筋经相传为南北朝时期中国佛教禅宗初祖菩提达摩所创。“易”是变易、改变的意思,“筋”指筋骨、肌肉,“经”为方法,属中医气功中的上乘功法。
本课程选自国家体育总局标准版“易筋经”。该功法重视姿势、呼吸与意念的锻炼,按人体十二经脉与任督二脉之运行进行练习,坚持锻炼,可以养心安神,疏通经络,培补元气,调和气血,强健筋骨。
