1This course focuses on the theme of "Shanxi Food Culture", and teach from four aspects: food customs, unique pasta culture, traditional snack culture and famous products and specialties. The course combines language elements with cultural experience, integrate macro-teaching with micro-experience, intergrate times and regions, link poetry art with folk sayings, and show the "past life and present life" of Shanxi's food culture,so that students improve their Chinese and Chinese cultural literacy through intuitive experience, feel the charm of China's food culture .
本课程围绕“山西饮食文化”主题,从饮食风俗、独特面食文化、传统小吃文化以及著名物产特产四大方面展开授课。课程将语言要素与文化体验相结合、宏观讲授与微观体验相融合、时代性与地域性相交融、诗歌艺术与民间俗语相勾连,由浅入深地展现山西饮食文化的“前世今生”,让学生在直观体验中提升中文和中华文化素养,在一蔬一饭中感受中国饮食文化的魅力。
