This course gives a most brief introduction to TCM in the following parts: basic TCM theory ; four ways of diagnosis , typical practical therapies, herbal medicine; TCM health maintaining and preventive treatment, as well as some ancient TCM masters and their achievements. This course aims to promote the long-standing traditional Chinese culture for foreigners to get a general understanding of the history and development of TCM as well as the positive role TCM plays in health maintaining and treatment in modern times.
