This course will take participants on an immersive experience of Hangzhou's specialty foods from the perspective of international students. Participants will follow the camera to visit the traditional specialties in the streets and alleys of Hangzhou, taste the daily meals, and learn about the production process, taste and texture, and the stories behind the various cuisines. Through this course, participants will not only learn language knowledge such as asking prices and buying quantities, but also fully experience the daily life of the local people.
