1Traditional Chinese medicine has been deeply influenced and inspired by ancient Chinese philosophical thoughts during its occurrence, development and evolution. The two black and white parts of the Tai Chi Diagram represent the yin and yang aspects of things respectively, and the overall structure of the Tai Chi Diagram can also be described as a visual illustration of the Yin and Yang theory in traditional Chinese medicine.
传统的中医学在其发生、发展与演化的进程当中，深受中国古代哲学思想的影响与启迪。太极图中一分为二的黑白两部分分别代表着事物内部的阴阳两个方面，而太极图的整体结构亦可谓中医学中阴阳学说的形象说明。
