This course show students the special food “Barbecue” and “Stew in an iron-pot” in Nenjiang River Basin. Through the introduction of the cooking methods and processes of “Barbecue” and “Stew in an iron-pot”, students can experience the “Barbecue culture” in City of Crane, the International Capital of Barbecue Food, and the warm warmth of “Stew in an iron-pot” in Northeast China.
