1This course helps students understand and familiarize themselves with Chinese food culture through recording and micro-lessons, mainly including Chinese cuisine and some typical traditional Chinese foods. The cuisine mainly includes the historical roots of its formation, the main regions, the main cooking techniques and representative dishes, supplemented by exercises and discussion questions.
本课程通过录播和微课形式,帮助学员们了解和熟悉中国饮食文化,主要包括中国的菜系和一些典型的中国传统食品。菜系主要包括其形成的历史根源、主要区域、主要烹饪手法和代表菜肴,辅以练习和讨论题。
