The course stems from the college-enterprise cooperation on co-construction of departments, majors and courses, co-training of teachers and talents, co-supporting employment, and sharing of education results, to help and guid mechanical and electrical students to learn the cognition, operation and production process of intelligent manufacturing equipment. The course includes three parts: First, it introduces intelligent manufacturing from the aspects of the definition of intelligent manufacturing, the composition of intelligent system, the development of intelligent manufacturing in the world, and Made in China 2025. Second, on the basis of the actual production line equipment, the CNC processing equipment, industrial robots, product testing equipment, data information acquisition and control equipment can be integrated into the intelligent manufacturing unit "hardware" system, combined with the comprehensive application of intelligent control technology, efficient processing technology, industrial Internet of Things technology, RFID digital information technology, etc. to display the intelligent systems of digital equipment characterized by interconnection, man-machine collaboration, flexible processing and processing traceability. Third, through demonstration of automatic production process of intelligent manufacturing production line jointly developed by the college and enterprise, showing the Chinese brand, reflecting the spirit of craftsmanship and Chinese high quality The content of this course is selected from the basic and representative knowledge of intelligent manufacturing, aiming to make students interested in learning intelligent manufacturing and Chinese.

课程依托校企“共建学院、共建专业、共建课程、共建师资、共同培养、共担就业、共享成果”,帮助和引导机械、电气类学生学习智能制造设备认知、操作及生产流程工艺。

课程包含3个部分,从智能制造的定义,智能系统的组成,到世界智能制造的发展,再到中国制造2025,诠释什么是智能制造;再从实际产线设备出发,将数控加工设备、工业机器人、产品检测设备、数据信息采集管控设备等,集成为智能制造单元“硬件”系统,结合智能化控制技术、高效加工技术、工业物联网技术、RFID数字信息技术等的综合运用,展示数字化设备互联互通、人机协同、加工柔性化、加工过程可追溯等智能化系统;最后,通过校企合作研发的智能制造产线,现场演示智能制造产线自动化生产流程,展示中国品牌,体现精益求精的工匠精神和中国质量。

本次视频课程,结合国外学生的汉语水平及接受能力,从智能制造相关内容中选取较为基础且具有代表性的知识作为课程内容,浅显易懂,使学生对智能制造和汉语学习产生浓厚的兴趣。
