"Fancy Rope Skipping" is a 2-class course, which refers to the content of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" textbook of general higher education, and adopts the online live broadcast mode, all of which are taught by teachers, watching pictures and videos and technical action analysis. The purpose of the course teaching is to let students know about the historical evolution of the "non-legacy" sports event in Shaanxi Province-synchronized skipping, introduce the founders and inheritors of synchronized skipping, and organize students to learn the basic technical actions and methods of synchronized skipping, so that students can experience the essence of the "non-legacy" sports culture and feel the characteristics of the non-legacy sports events in Shaanxi Province. The course content can be divided into: (1) Overview of the development of synchronized skipping; (2) Basic skills of pattern skipping; (3) Basic techniques of rope dance; (4) the basic technology of two people in one rope.
