Post plays an important role in promoting a country’s political, economic and cultural development, as well as international exchanges. China Post has a long history of development, and the ancient Silk Road was a successful model of China Post. The ancient Silk Road was originally a commercial route mediated by silk trade, gradually developing into a cultural exchange route between the East and the West, becoming an important link for different countries and civilizations in the East and the West to interact and tolerate each other. The ancient Silk Road can be divided into desert Silk Road, maritime Silk Road, grassland Silk Road and Tea Horse Road according to different geographical conditions. The course introduces the important cities and scenic spots, important figures, and interesting stories along the different Silk Road routes.
