Wetland Culture of the Yellow River Estuary：The Yellow River meets the sea and the fluvial deposits created the marvelous Yellow River Delta, creating the beautiful and rich wetland of the Yellow River estuary. The continuous fluvial deposits keep this land extending to the sea, making it the most active land in sea-land changes and the fastest growing delta in China or even the world's major rivers. This place is also known as "the Youngest Land of the Republic". This course leads students into the Yellow River Estuary wetland from three parts: nourishing Chinese civilization, nourishing all living things, and returning to a poetic habitat. Together we will explore the wetland culture, appreciate the beauty of the river and sea convergence, the flying snow of reed flowers, the setting sun of the Yellow River, the gathering of birds, and the scenery of the oilfields, and to feel the poetic habitat of human and nature.
