The Health Exercise for Lung Disease Prevention which can ventilate the lung and prevent the epidemic is guided by professor Song Bailin personally - the president of Jilin Association of Chinese Medicine, carried out by Quan Long - chairman of the traditional health and exercise committee of Jilin Association of Chinese Medicine and the Ministry of Physical Education of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine. The Health Exercise for Lung Disease Prevention is guided by the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), based on traditional health techniques, take Wushu routines as the carrier, with a view to regulate the body and mind, and direct at the current epidemic as well as the characteristics of the home environment. With long-term practice, people can achieve the efficacy of ventilating the lungs and regulating qi, invigorating the spleen and stomach, transporting dampness and resolving phlegm, and strengthen healthy qi to eliminate pathogens. The elementary exercises are mainly for the beginners and the weak. For the physical status of less exercise at home for a long time, Qigong guiding method of TCM, with the idea as a guide, is applied to mobilize the Dantian Qi through the whole body, send it to the heart-kidney intersection, both water and fire, regulate the heart and kidney, and communicate water and fire to achieve the application of smooth Qi, clear the heart-fire, warm the kidney water, warm Mingmen, which is mainly used to improve human fatigue, weakness, irritability, insomnia and other sub-health states to achieve the effect of maintaining body and mind.

宣肺防疫健身功是由吉林省中医药学会会长宋柏林教授亲自指导,由吉林省中医药学会传统养生功法专业委员会主任委员、长春中医药大学体育教学部权龙执行,以中医理论为指导,以传统养生功法为基础,以武术套路为载体、以调身养心为目的针对当前疫情以及居家环境特点研创而成的。长期练习可以达到宣肺理气、健脾强胃、运湿化痰、扶正祛邪之功效。

初级功法主要适用人群为初学者以及体弱者,针对长期居家运动较少的身体现状,运用中医气功导引方法,以意念为先导,调动丹田之气,贯通全身,发到心肾相交,水火既济,调理心肾,交通水火,以达到畅气机,清心火,温肾水,暖命门之运用,主要用于改善人体疲劳,乏力,心烦,失眠等亚健康状态,起到保养身心之功效。
