Yang Yu, a teacher from Changchun Special Education School, tells “Legend of the Chinese Dragon” in standard Chinese National Sign Language, which is a special way of communication to convey the knowledge about the Chinese dragon to the world so that they can fully understand China. And the dragon becomes a symbol of China, the Chinese nation and the Chinese culture. In addition to inheriting and spreading the dragon culture in the Chinese land, it has also been brought to the world by the overseas Chinese. Besides, the most numerous and eye-catching ornaments in the Chinese residences or Chinese cities around the world are still dragons. By the using of Chinese National Sign Language, this course will present “Legend of the Chinese Dragon” from four aspects so that the world can learn about China, the Chinese dragon culture and the ancient Chinese civilization.
