This course aims to expose learners to the Yaotou Kiln in Chengcheng, a site of folk kilns, and enable them to understand the simplicity and grandeur of the Yaotou Kiln sites, the carrier of culture in the Yellow River basin, while their online visiting ancient folk kiln sites. Yaotou Kiln in Chengcheng is not only the inheritance of ceramic skills, but also the inheritance of national spirit. While experiencing the original ecological folk culture and artistic value of Yaotou porcelains, the learners may learn Chinese characters related to ceramic skills and the expressions of various ceramic vessels to achieve the teaching goal of combining both enjoying the beautiful scenery, experiencing Chinese ceramic culture and learning Chinese with fun as well.
