Food, an enduring topic, has always been a link connecting people. The vast expanse of China has fostered a wide variety of food cultures. This video playback course aims to expose the learners to a brief introduction about the process of making featured Jianbing (Chinese pancake), a traditional snack in Weinan, Shaanxi. While knowing about the main ingredients and key procedures of making this delicacy, the learners may learn Chinese characters and the local food culture related to them.
